NJSLA Score Interpretation Guide for Parents
The Wanaque School District administers the NJSLA assessment to all students in grades 3-8. The NJSLA individual student score report provides parent/guardians with a snapshot of how your child is progressing towards meeting grade-level expectations. It also provides insight into how your child has mastered important grade level skills and standards. The individual scoring also provides additional insight into the areas where your child excels, meets or needs more support in mathematics and English Language Arts. The NJSLA data along with grades, teacher feedback, and other assessments will help provide each parent with information to gain a better perspective of how well your child is performing academically.
